d. You agree to create only one account and to refrain from ban evasion.

e. You agree not to disclose your password, upload key, or ShareX configuration.

f. You agree not to sell or exchange invites or accounts.

2. File Sharing:

a. You may only upload and share files that you have the legal rights to distribute.

b. Retard does not claim ownership of the files you upload. However, by using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your files for the purpose of providing our services.

c. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through Retard.

3. Privacy and Security:

a. We take your privacy seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your files and personal information.

b. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

c. However, we may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Retard, its users, or the public.

4. Prohibited Activities:

a. You may not use Retard for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

b. You may not upload or share any content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

c. You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of Retard.

d. You agree to report any bugs or exploits you discover without exploiting them.

e. You agree not to mass upload or mass shorten URLs, and you also agree not to upload the same file multiple times.

5. Limitation of Liability:

a. Retard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our platform.

b. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Retard.

By using Retard, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
